Softball: (Team Sports / Baseball) a variation of baseball using a larger softer ball, pitched underhand.
Just a Hugg,.
I could really use a hug right now. Not one of those “It’s nice to see you again, I‘ve really missed you” type of hugs or those “Goodbye for now” type of hugs, but an actual hug. The ones where each person has two arms wrapped around the other person’s body, holding on tight enough so no one feels the need to let go. The ones that last for more than a couple of seconds so you can rest your head on the other person’s shoulder for a while. Not the one armed hugs that need to be rushed so they could give a hug to the next person waiting to be hugged. The hugs where you don’t have to say anything because in that moment we just click when we’re holding onto each other. Hugs that make you feel like the world is slowing down just for you and everything is going to be okay. It’s not just a hug anymore, it becomes something much more than that. One simple gesture had the power to motivate you and make you stronger. Hugs like these are rare since you’re not exactly sure when you’re going to receive another one again. Giving you every possible reason to cherish the moment and make it last.

All I wanted was to be a girl falling asleep in a boy’s arms and not caring about anything else in the world except how I feel right there with him. Just give me a hug and wipe away my tears. Soccer♥
You know you play soccer when...
-You know what the off-sides rule is
-You know how to tackle
-You know what most of the arm movements the ref makes mean
-You know how to pretend you did not foul a player when you really did
-You know how to use your shoulders to get players out of the way
-You are not afraid to curse or yell at players on the other team
-You will secretly push a player when the ref is not looking
-You ABSOLUTELY LOVE the game
-You play at least 4 hours a week
-You dribble a soccer ball when you are walking down the street
- You can do at least 8 juggles with the ball
-You spend hours talking to your team about what you could have done better in games
-You can school all of your friends in a pick-up game
-You know what the, rainbow, step-over, scissor, maradonna, drag, etc. are
-You know what it means what is is to meg a person
-You watch soccer on TV
-You love it when the world cup comes around, men or women
-You know what it means to switch the field
-You are good

1.Pre-wrap is no longer for injuries but for your hair
2.You only shave your knees and thighs becuase thats all you can see with your uniform on
3.Your favorite part of the season was getting your new bat
4.When wearing knee socks and sandals are actually considered cool
5.At the end of the summer you have the infamous 5 inch tan knees that won't go away till spring and by then you'll have school ball
6.You avoid wearing skirts and dresses...I mean c'mon. The scars are only cool to you and the other softball girls
7.Blisters, cuts, and scars are for show
8.When you find yourself mentioning an inside team joke to other non-softball-playing friends and they just look at you like you're crazy
9.Someone asks you what you do outside of school and the only other activity you can think of is Softball
10.Boys say "Baseball is so much harder then softball" and you just laugh because you really know that softball is much more difficult...besides we use bigger balls don't we?
11.All your white clothing has some kind of brown tint to it
12.Your batting glove starts to smell like onions/corn dogs/and old people
13.Your sliding pants/short have to be torn to shreds before you'd ever get new ones
14.Sunflower seeds and Gatoraid become their own personal food group
15.Everyone on your team has known each other for years
16.Old men say they play softball..but really you know that they just play slowpitch BASEBALL
17.You can't stand it when people refer to softball as "baseball" and then say..."Their the same thing"

19.You see a group of people playing softball, and you have an incredible urge to ask if you can join in and play
20.The end of softball season is basically never
21.Your drawers are filled with 4,857,295,256 softball T-shirts/Jerseys

24.When you play other teams, you already know half the girls and how they play, thanks to your own little Scouting Reports
25.When your tournament is in the pool with your uniform on and then throws you in
26.When you read this and are thinking "Yepp thats my life in a nutshell
27.when sliding on dirt doesnt hurt anymore
28.u can put a handful of sunflower seeds in ur mouth nd eat every1 of them w. no problem
29.u get the urge to turn everyday things into something involving softball
30.the walls in ur room r lined with trophies/plaques nd team pics =)

The Apple On Top♥
Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the trees. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples that are on the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think there is something wrong with them, when, in reality, they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.

Soccer;(so-ker) n.
A game played on a rectangular field with net goals at either end in which two teams of 11 players each try to drive a ball into the other’s goal by kicking, heading, or using any part of the body except the arms and hands.
It’s not the same without the grass stains, sweat from head to toe,rough housing so that your sore in the morning, getting penalties for tripping the players,and most importantly, getting into fights with the other teams players when the refs’ not looking! If it’s too much to handle, its NOT your sport!
